Qualifications

• Casework management including direct delivery of services.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to adults under probation, parole, or post-release supervision.
• Assess criminogenic needs and develop supervision/case plans.
• Use motivational interviewing and CBT techniques to promote change.
• Partner with treatment providers and community organizations to aid rehabilitation.
• Conduct home and community visits and prepare reports; testify in court when needed.
