Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a group of probation/officers; coordinate training.
• Develop training strategies and mentor officers during training.
• Assist court by preparing presentence reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate case assignments among officers.
• Lead special projects and committees for the unit.
• Maintain written and electronic records of activities and observations.
