Job summary

Qualifications

• CORE training for Probation/Juvenile Corrections; CPR/First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional peace officer duties in community corrections and juvenile residential settings.
• Prepare court reports, case plans, and sentencing recommendations.
• Conduct investigations, interviews, and risk assessments for probationers.
• Coordinate with families, law enforcement, social services, schools and courts.
• Oversee program participation (mental health, substance abuse, community service) and supervise probationers.
