Job summary

Fort Bend County is seeking a CSR Facilitator to oversee community supervision and corrections projects in Rosenberg, TX. The role requires directing work crews, preparing reports, and ensuring equipment is maintained and allocated for assignments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 2 years job related experience.
• Basic knowledge of probation procedure and supervisory skills.
• Construction, building maintenance and lawn maintenance skills.
• Computer knowledge and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, probationers and elected officials.

Responsibilities

• Directs, assigns and manages projects for probationary workers and work crews.
• Prepares monthly work crew reports and performs data entry functions.
• Maintains and issues equipment to probationary workers and work crews.
• Recommends equipment expenditures.
• Maintains case documentation of CSR hours performed.
• Assigns duties and plans work of others.
• Transports probationers to and from worksites, tows trailer, and works in outdoor environments throughout the year.
• Participates in emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
