Qualifications

• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Willing to work all assignment locations and varied days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary triage point with ACPD for access and troubleshooting.
• Verify client information to confirm eligibility and identify service barriers.
• Complete referrals to community providers.
• Support clients in understanding probation terms with a trauma-informed approach.
• Participate in community events, outreach activities, and agency meetings.
• Assist in case supervision and contact clients as directed.
• Assist in finding employment, housing, and other programs for clients.
• May perform fingerprinting as required by policy.
• Transport adults and juveniles to medical appointments, employment and schools.
• Obtain reports such as police, school and psychiatric reports.
