Qualifications

• Prior probate, trusts, and estates paralegal experience.
• Familiarity with probate administration and trust matters.
• Experience with estate tax filings (Forms 706/709) a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration.
• Prepare and file probate pleadings, petitions, and related legal documents.
• Manage estate administration timelines, deadlines, and court filings.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and professionals.
• Assist with estate-related documentation, accountings, and tax filings.
• Maintain organized case files and support matters from opening through resolution.
