Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Estate and Probate Paralegal to join the Private Client Services group in West Palm Beach, FL. You will draft and file probate documents across Florida, manage complex matters, and support attorneys with file organization and IRS filings.

The ideal candidate has extensive probate drafting, filing, and case management experience in multiple jurisdictions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• FRP (Florida Registered Paralegal) preferred.
• Minimum five years of law firm administrative experience, preferably ten or more as a probate paralegal.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and maintain probate documents and pleadings.
• Manage independent case files and deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare IRS forms and assist with estate/trust administration.
