Job summary

Ocean Estate Law, P.C. seeks an experienced paralegal to support trust administration and probate matters in a hands-on, in-office role. You will work closely with attorneys to guide cases from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and empathetic client service.

The position is full-time and in-office, with standard hours and no remote work. The firm offers competitive pay, vacation time, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

• Experience as a paralegal specializing in trust administration and probate.
• Ability to work independently and manage cases from start to finish.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage probate filings, coordinating with attorneys and clients.
• Steer the case from beginning to end to ensure timely, accurate settlements.
• Maintain meticulous case records and client communications.

WHAT WE OFFER

We support our team so they can do their best work:

• Generous pay: $90,000 - $95,000, plus benefits

• Full-Time, In-Office: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time; primarily out of our Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Hills, or San Clemente offices. IN-PERSON POSITION. Remote work is NOT an option.

• Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with 3% employer match
