Ideal candidates hold an active Michigan Bar license, 2–4+ years of litigation experience, and a proven ability to manage cases and deadlines independently. Remote-friendly with a collaborative, file-to-court workflow.

Are you a Michigan-licensed litigation attorney ready to take ownership of complex cases and strengthen your advocacy skills within a collaborative law firm?

The Probate Pro, a division of Darren Findling Law Firm, PLC, is seeking a skilled Probate Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to manage contested probate matters while providing meaningful legal guidance to clients navigating challenging family situations.

The Role

You will manage contested probate, and related civil litigation matters throughout the litigation process, including case strategy, legal research, discovery, negotiations, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of probate and related litigation matters.
• Develop case strategy and collaborate on complex legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and settlement documents.
