The ideal candidate has a JD, Texas bar status, and 2+ years in estate planning and probate, with a preference for 5+ years. You will draft trusts and wills, advocate in court, and support wealth preservation strategies.

Qualifications

• Texas bar license in good standing for at least 2 years.
• 2+ years of estate planning, probate, and guardianship experience (5+ years preferred).
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage a busy docket.
• Experience drafting trusts, wills, and legal pleadings with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years in good standing.

Education
