Job summary

Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking an associate attorney with experience in probate, estate, and fiduciary litigation. The role focuses on sophisticated trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes, including will contests and breaches of fiduciary duty.

You will work with Am Law 50-200 firms and regional firms, handling discovery, motions, hearings, and negotiations, with opportunities for direct client interaction and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Handling will contests, trust disputes, and contested estate proceedings.
• Representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, trustees, or personal representatives.
• Experience with breach of fiduciary duty claims, estate administration disputes, and accounting challenges.
• Managing discovery, motion practice, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Advising clients on complex probate and fiduciary litigation strategies.
