Aligned Talent Acquisition is actively seeking experienced Probate, Estate & Fiduciary Litigation Associate Attorneys for confidential career conversations. The role focuses on sophisticated trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes with opportunities to engage with Am Law firms and regional practices.

Ideal candidates will handle will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary matters, represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries, and manage discovery, motions, hearings, and settlements while advising on

Qualifications

• Experience handling will contests and trust disputes.
• Representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, trustees, or personal representatives.
• Experience with breach of fiduciary duty and accounting disputes.
• Managing discovery, motions, hearings, and negotiations.
• Advising on complex probate and fiduciary litigation strategies.

Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in probate litigation, contested trusts and estates, and fiduciary disputes.

I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.

Experience That May Be a Fit

• Handling will contests, trust disputes, and contested estate proceedings.

• Representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, trustees, or personal representatives.

• Experience with breach of fiduciary duty claims, estate administration disputes, and accounting challenges.

• Managing discovery, motion practice, hearings, and settlement negotiations.

• Advising clients on complex probate and fiduciary litigation strategies.

Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm? I'd still love to hear from you! I welcome attorneys from trusts and estates boutiques, regional firms, and larger practices.
