The ideal candidate should be confident and autonomous, with a strong ability to manage cases from start to finish. This role involves representing clients in contested probate matters, guardianships, and conservatorships, while ensuring that all aspects of legal proceedings are handled efficiently and professionally. Location:

Duties:

• Manage cases from beginning to end, including all probate-related matters.
• Delegate tasks and supervise paralegals and assistants.
• Review and edit drafts of probate documents for formal and summary administrations, guardianships, and conservatorships.
• Draft substantive complaints, motions, oppositions, correspondence, and pleadings for contested matters.
• Conduct research on various probate-related issues.
• Draft and respond to interrogatories, subpoenas, and document requests.
• Attend client meetings and court hearings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Probate, Guardianship, and Adversarial Probate.
• Ability to handle cases autonomously from start to finish.
• Member of The Florida Bar.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing complex probate litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
