Job summary

Woolworths Group is recruiting for a hands-on onsite supervisor to lead a team focused on cleaning, trolley collection and waste support across our stores. You will coach a small team, design rosters, and work with Store Leadership to address challenges and priorities on a daily basis.

This role requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and supplies while adhering to safety standards. A full Australian driver’s licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work across environments including shop floor, fridges, carparks.
• Clear eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness for demanding tasks in store settings.
• Ability to coordinate with Department Managers and Store Leadership.
• Organised approach to ensure teams have equipment and supplies.
• Comfort with required regulations (Food Safety, codes of conduct).
• Valid Australian driver’s licence (Green P or full).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create a roster to cover daily tasks and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to identify challenges and priorities.
• Complete time and attendance for team members.
• Order consumables and manage these within budget.
• Contribute hands-on to core tasks to keep day-to-day operations smooth.
