Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail, security, first-responder, or military experience.
• 1 year big-box retail, security, or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and proactive physical security presence throughout the assigned location.
• Validate physical security of the building per policy throughout the day.
• Engage with drivers and inbound/outbound processes in compliance with security programs.
• Perform regular safety and security audits using handheld devices.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside to identify security concerns.
• De-escalate situations with associates, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
• Collaborate with leadership to enforce policies and procedures.
• Report suspicious behavior or safety hazards to leadership.
• Utilize case management system to document incidents in detail.
• Monitor CCTV to detect unauthorized activities.
• Attend monthly safety meetings for updates and changes.
• Maintain required certifications and licenses.
