Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in personal injury paralegal role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement, litigation, and trial preparation.
• Prepare medical chronologies, case summaries, and supporting documentation for settlement demands.
• Draft, review, and finalize settlement demand packages and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate discovery, manage deadlines, and prepare deposition summaries.
• Manage case files, calendars, and electronic filings in state and federal courts.
