• Support the Agent and team with a broad range of office and administrative responsibilities.
• Help keep the office organized and running efficiently.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and customer requests. Look for opportunities to improve processes and add value to the agency.
• Bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to the office every day.
