Qualifications

• Prior experience as an apartment maintenance technician or similar role.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
• HVAC Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs and perform daily maintenance of buildings and mechanical equipment.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants in a timely manner.
• Monitor building systems and report unsafe areas to Lead Maintenance.
