• Promote proactive maintenance and follow-up work.
• Support preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure PMs and repairs are completed daily.
• Maintain proper Megamation documentation.
• Keep equipment available for production runs.
• Escalate issues per the escalation process.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
