Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Sales Manager for Sheraton Galleria Dallas, a premier Marriott property with 317 rooms and extensive events space. The role focuses on proactively soliciting and handling revenue opportunities, upselling, and exceeding revenue targets.

You will manage client relations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with the Convention Services and Sales teams to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Experience in hospitality industry and luxury brand/event sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Delphi or hotel systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds department top-line revenue following the Sales & Marketing strategy and targets key accounts.
• Forecasts group sleeping rooms and revenue and ensures timely turnover for service delivery.
• Responds to inquiries and closes opportunities with hotel clients across events and meetings.
• Maintains high levels of guest satisfaction and sustains long-term client relationships.
