CES is seeking an Undercover Field Investigator to collect data for audits and investigations into fraud, waste, and abuse. The role requires interviewing stakeholders, reviewing documents, and communicating findings for resolution and closure.

Field work up to 75% of duties with potential exposure to challenging environments. A Bachelor's degree and Private Investigator license are required, along with 2-4 years in a related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a Private Investigator license.
• A minimum of 2-4 years experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine audits/investigations from start to closure into fraud, waste, and abuse allegations.
• Provides customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns, and escalates audit/investigation as needed.
• Compiles detailed records of audit/investigation findings ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Interviews relevant witnesses, claimants, and stakeholders to gather information.
• Communicates findings clearly to customers and stakeholders, managing expectations.
