The role emphasizes proactive communication, documentation of detention time, safety messaging, and collaboration with fleet maintenance to ensure vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with up to 1 year of Transportation, Customer Service, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas through various mediums.
• Ability to meet or exceed driver needs to provide excellent service.
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities and directives.
• 1-2 years of transportation, customer service, or other relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loads assigned to drivers and resolve issues affecting pickup/delivery times; communicate with customers.
• Maintain documentation of driver detention time for accurate pay.
• Support safety culture via daily safety messages and driver briefings; ensure policy compliance with DOT.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external drivers by phone and system messages.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance and drivers to ensure vehicle readiness.
