Job summary

Mom's Home Care is seeking a proactive caregiver for an 8-hour Monday‑Friday day position in Brentwood (West Los Angeles). The client is an active 80-something with early memory loss. Duties include driving to appointments, light housekeeping, meal prep, and pet care, with daily WhatsApp updates to family.

You must have a valid license and reliable car; agency W2 position with ongoing supervisor support and training.

Qualifications

• Two years of previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients.
