Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or related security role.
• Ability to perform system administrator-level analysis across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify adversary TTPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive threat hunting across networks, endpoints, and security datasets to identify, isolate, and eradicate advanced threats.
• Analyze logs from multiple sources to detect suspicious behavior and validate threat activity.
• Establish and maintain baseline patterns for normal traffic and system activity to improve anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts and detection engineers to propose new alerts and monitoring logic.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline threat hunting tasks and reduce response time.
• Research adversary TTPs and develop investigative leads based on threat intelligence.
• Support incident response by documenting incidents and recommendations to improve maturity.
• Examine malware and threats to determine threat scope and impact.
• Apply reverse engineering and binary analysis to understand malicious code behavior.
