Job summary

The Green Bay Packers are seeking a customer-focused pro shop team member to help manage the daily ecommerce operations for the Pro Shop. You will assist customers by phone and in person, process orders, and support merchandise fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility is required for weekends and game days, with shifts typically spanning days to evenings. Basic computer skills, strong communication, and teamwork will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Home game weekends and special events are required workdays.
• Availability must be a minimum of 3 days a week including nights and weekends.
• Learn to use Magento and NCR CounterPoint; comfortable with Word and Excel.
• Ability to interact easily with customers and work within time limits during busy periods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls at the Call Service Center, taking orders, and assisting customers.
• Making courtesy calls to customers or referrals.
• Be knowledgeable about the Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field businesses.
• Check-in new merchandise, pick and pack orders when phone activity is slow.
• Process gift notes, scan picksheets, fulfill gift cards, and support special projects.
