Sunset Hills Golf Course in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to deliver friendly service to members and guests while supporting golf shop operations. You will assist the golf professional staff, handle reservations, and help with merchandise and daily revenue processing.

The role emphasizes customer service, basic computer skills, and dependability, with golf knowledge preferred. This is a part-time position based on site at Sunset Hills Golf Course.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collect green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Sunset Hills Golf Course, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Pro Shop Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. The Golf Shop Attendant will offer friendly and expedient service to the property's guests and assist the golf professional staff in golf shop operations, merchandise sales and other golf-related activities.

Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Must have a friendly and positive personality
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred
