Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Cartersville, GA is seeking a delivery driver to safely transport parts to pro customers and manage returns. You will drop off flyers, collect credit accounts, and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro clients.

You will upsell and cross-sell products, keep the store clean and stocked, and assist walk-in customers with needs and recommendations, while adhering to safety standards and following procedures.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation accuracy for pro customers.
• Clear communication with customers, peers and leadership.
• Ability to read safety rules, catalogs and manuals.
• Read and interpret basic operating instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly flyers while promoting sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers with delivery insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services.
• Other duties as assigned.
