Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver for pro customers in Georgia. You will pick, stage, and safely deliver parts, manage returns and cores, and distribute sales flyers to promote current promotions and loyalty programs.

You will also collect credit accounts, build strong customer relationships, and assist in upselling while keeping the store tidy and stocked. This role requires adaptability to varied shifts and strong communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• Stock inventory, back stock and perform cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Utilize inventory knowledge to aid sales and operations.
