Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in West Liberty, KY is hiring a Driver/Delivery Associate. You will safely pick and deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, promote loyalty programs, and support sales activities. You’ll help maintain a clean store, stock inventory, and assist customers both walk-in and via accounts.

Valid driver’s license and basic automotive knowledge are expected. The role requires English fluency, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset, with physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers with insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and conduct stocking tasks.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
