Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver with a focus on pro accounts. You will pick, stage and deliver parts, collect payments and help customers find the right parts or services. The role involves upselling, maintaining clean facilities and supporting inventory control.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation abilities to deliver parts to pro customers.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Willingness to upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stocking and inventory.
