Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Midway, NC is hiring a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will also pick up returns, assist with weekly flyers and help maintain accurate accounts.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, a reliable English proficiency, basic math, and strong customer service skills. Automotive parts experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Deliver weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment.
