Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a delivery driver to safely pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers in the Charlotte area. You will also pick up returns/cores, distribute sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs.

Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while assisting with upselling and cross-selling to raise average transaction value. You will maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and engage walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, catalogs and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math in any unit of measure.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect credit accounts daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and needs.
