Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated Driver to deliver parts to pro customers and support store operations in West Palm Beach, FL. You will pick, stage, and deliver parts while promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and assist in upselling to increase average transaction value.

The role requires safe driving, effective communication, and the ability to engage walk-in customers, manage credit accounts, and maintain inventory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned while making deliveries
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services
• Other duties as assigned
