Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to pick up returns and cores. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs while building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role requires safe driving, solid product knowledge, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value. A valid driver's license and basic inventory experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Use basic math: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in automotive parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Operate and learn inventory systems and delivery board.
• Support safety and forklift/stock procedures as applicable.
