Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick up and deliver automotive parts to pro customers, stock shelves, and promote loyalty programs. You will maintain inventory accuracy, handle returns, and collect credit accounts while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a preference for automotive parts experience. The role requires lifting and regular interaction with customers in a store environment.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, parts catalogs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
