Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver in Naples, FL to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and promote sales programs. You will build relationships with Pro customers and assist in upselling while keeping the store clean and stocked.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn about new products. Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
