Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver in New Jersey to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. You will build relationships with pro customers and upsell when appropriate while handling daily credit account collections.

The role requires safe driving, customer service skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
