Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in New Jersey is hiring a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to collect returns. You will also share sales flyers and promote loyalty programs while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role requires safe driving, clear communication, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value. Must have a valid driver’s license and high school diploma, with strong customer service

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase AOV.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts.
