Behr Paint Company is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to work at a Home Depot store, focusing on professional painting contractors and their needs. You will assist customers, coordinate with the Pro Desk, and help pros find the right products, mix paint, and prepare orders for pickup.

No prior paint or sales experience is required; Behr will train you. Hours vary with peak times, including weekends and evenings. You will build relationships with local pros and help them get back to work quickly.

Qualifications

• No prior paint or sales experience required; training provided.
• Ability to enter leads and contacts into Salesforce (CRM).
• Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Meet and form relationships with local pros at the Home Depot Pro Desk.
• Assist contractors by selecting products, tinting, and preparing orders for pickup.
• Provide friendly, proactive service to ensure a positive store experience.
• Enter new leads into the CRM and collaborate with store staff as one team.
