Behr Paint Company is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to work at a Home Depot store in Missouri. You will focus on professional painting contractors, building relationships, and helping them select the right Behr products and services.

You will collaborate with the Pro Desk team and Home Depot staff to pull and tint orders, process leads in Salesforce, and ensure fast, friendly service that keeps pros coming back. No prior paint or sales experience required—we train you.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality to engage contractors and build relationships.
• Ability to collaborate with Behr’s Pro Desk and store staff.
• Basic computer skills to enter leads and manage data.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and form relationships with local pro painters in-store.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup and assist pros with products.
• Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce; follow up on jobs.
