Behr Paint Company is hiring a Pro Sales Associate at the Sunrise Home Depot location in Florida. You will work with Pro Desk staff to assist professional painting contractors, build relationships, and ensure they receive the right products and service.

You don't need prior painting or sales knowledge; we provide training. The role offers weekends/holidays shifts, a dynamic team, and opportunities to grow with Behr's pro network.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage contractors.
• Ability to enter leads into Salesforce and manage contacts.
• Comfort in collaborating with Pro Desk staff and Home Depot teams.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus for servicing diverse contractors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with pro customers in-store and follow up on their needs.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup and assist with product recommendations.
• Enter new leads into Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
• Support Home Depot staff to deliver a seamless pro customer experience.
