Job summary

Behr Paint Company in Nashville seeks a Pro Sales Associate to assist professional painting contractors at the Behr counter inside a Home Depot. You will learn Behr products and processes, build relationships with pros, and help them find exactly what they need to finish jobs efficiently.

You will work with Behr and Home Depot staff, pull and tint orders, and ensure fast in-store service. Training is provided, no prior paint or sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Behr Pro Desk sales experience not required; training provided.
• No prior paint or sales experience required; willing to train.
• Basic computer skills and Salesforce entry capability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist professional painting contractors at Behr counter.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps and Home Depot staff to fulfill orders.
• Pull, tint and prepare orders for pickup; lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
