Job summary

Pro-Mow is seeking Team Members who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in hands-on projects. You’ll help with landscape installation, property maintenance, mowing, planting, mulching, irrigation support, and other outdoor tasks as part of a crew that gets results.

We value reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others in varied weather conditions. Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Our Pro-Mow Team Members help bring outdoor spaces to life. Depending on the day, your work could include landscape installation, property maintenance, mowing, planting, mulching, irrigation support, or other hands-on outdoor projects. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and being part of a crew that gets things done.

What You’ll Do

We have many teams here at Pro-Mow, so you could find yourself doing a mix of the following:

• Perform a variety of landscaping and lawn care work
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials
• Install mulch, soil, edging, sod, and other materials
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential and commercial properties
• Assist with landscape construction and installation projects
• Help with irrigation work

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know every aspect of landscaping on day one. We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, want to learn, and take pride in doing good work.

Previous landscaping, construction, mowing, outdoor labor, or equipment experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

You should be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions, performing physical work throughout the day, lifting and carrying landscape materials, and working as part of a team.
