Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe’s customer service policies.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; answer questions promptly.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
