Job summary

Beauty Industry Group is seeking a Pro Influencer Manager to own paid influencer partnerships end to end, across four tiers, and to build the operating model to source, structure, track, and measure deliverables and impact.

You will negotiate retainers and usage rights, manage talent relationships, and create a scalable measurement framework linked to revenue growth. Expect travel about 15–20% for shoots and events.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in influencer marketing or talent management with direct ownership of a paid influencer budget.
• Experience at a modern beauty brand with professional/salon-channel exposure.
• Fluency with the professional beauty community: stylists, education programs, trade shows.
• Track record negotiating and managing paid creator agreements including retainers and usage rights.
• Proven ability to build or rebuild a measurement framework with defined KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid influencer strategy and annual roadmap across four tiers.
• Manage pro influencer budget, forecasting, reconciliation, and allocation decisions.
• Source, negotiate, and execute paid agreements and retainers with talent; partner with Legal and Finance.
• Build a disciplined sourcing pipeline evaluating audience quality, credibility, and brand fit.
• Be primary contact for Global and Brand Ambassadors; manage briefs, renewals, and expectations.
• Define KPI structure and reporting cadence; tie results to revenue and growth.
• Select and implement platform stack for discovery, tracking, and reporting; ensure data hygiene.
• Oversee content amplification through whitelisting and paid channels; secure usage rights.
• Design seeding/gifting programs to drive measurable content and conversions.
• Ensure cross-functional integration with Education, Pro Sales, Creative, and E-Commerce.
• Document processes and build the business-case for future team structure.
