Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers and answering questions
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately
• Use store equipment and technology safely to move and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing inventory as needed
• Support large order fulfillment and ensure product quality and accuracy
