Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Operates store equipment safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collects carts and helps maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot
