• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: provides SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely to move and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collects carts and keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Operates store equipment as needed (e.g., Zebra phone, copiers, CCTV).
• Communicates stock and product information to customers and associates; provides project guidance.
