Job summary

The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team provides an exceptional experience for professional customers, from quick order fulfillment to tailored delivery solutions. Team members build professional relationships with Pro customers and proactively drive sales through product knowledge and loyalty programs.

In-store roles include assisting at the Pro Desk, loading materials, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail or services environment.
• Ability to meet sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Bilingual communications skills may be preferred at certain locations; language varies by need.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pro customers with orders, product recommendations, and delivery solutions.
• Support order fulfillment and loading activities; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and maintain relationships with Pro customers to drive repeat business.
• Monitor inventory and assist with sales initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.
• Collaborate with team to resolve delivery issues and communicate Home Depot advantages.
• Provide support at the Pro Desk and in related Pro Customer Service tasks
