Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service across all stages of the Pro customer journey.
• Build and maintain relationships with Pro customers.
• Proactively drive sales using product knowledge and loyalty programs.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and provide product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean environment and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory and execute sales initiatives.
